- Do not harass, abuse or solicit money from other members.
- Respect the privacy and dignity of every member.
3. Membership & Payments
Basic registration is free. Paid membership plans unlock additional features such as contact viewing and expressing interest. Fees are payable in advance and are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to revise plan pricing and features from time to time.
4. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, submits fraudulent information, or misuses the platform, without prior notice and without refund.
5. Role of Manya Matrimony
We are an introduction platform only. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility or the accuracy of any member's information. Members are advised to independently verify details before making any decision.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
